Regwise is a regulatory intelligence tool developed and operated by Evolutiva Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal data, you can contact us at: hello@evolutivalabs.com

When you submit a request for access to Regwise, we collect the following information:

• —Your full name
• —Your work email address
• —Your company name
• —Your job title
• —Optionally: the regulatory bodies most relevant to you, and a brief description of why you are requesting access.

If your application is approved and you are granted access to the platform, we also collect standard usage data (login timestamps, session duration, and feature interactions) to operate and improve the service.

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

To evaluate your access request. We review the information you provide to assess whether Regwise is a good fit for your needs and to manage access to the platform during the Alpha phase. Legal basis: legitimate interests (running an invite-only software product).

To send you login credentials. If your application is approved, we will use your email address to provide you with access to Regwise. Legal basis: performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps at your request).

To contact you about your access or account. We may use your email address to follow up about your application, your account status, or changes that affect your use of the platform. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

To send you product updates (only if you opted in). If you ticked the optional marketing checkbox on the access form, we will send you occasional emails about new features, improvements, and release notes — no more than two per month. Legal basis: consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your data is stored securely in our application database. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

We will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or for up to 24 months after your last interaction with Regwise if your application was not approved. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, or analytics tools) to operate the platform. These providers act as data processors under our instruction and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the following rights:

• —Access. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• —Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• —Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal data.
• —Restriction. You can ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances.

• —Portability. You can request your data in a machine-readable format.
• —Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing emails), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK at ico.org.uk, or with your local data protection authority if you are based in the EU.

Regwise uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the platform securely. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify active users by email.
